Amrit is big fan of Bollywood. She enjoys watching movies and is akin to a mini encyclopedia on Bollywood. This series titled ‘Posters From Bollywood’ showcases her love for Hindi cinema, specially the old classics. One can clearly see her eye for detail in all the posters. What is so remarkable about the series is that none of the works can be termed as replicas of the posters. Rather each work is a piece of art in itself that showcases the artist’s unique take on the characters and the theme of the poster. Lines are strong, bold, unersased, while the colours are vibrant and flat. We can also see the resemblance to the characters but each becomes unique and special with the artist’s rendition of the same.
